Return & Refund Policy

At FlipSitCovers, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident ordering from us. Because some of our products are custom-made and others are standard items, different return rules apply depending on the product ordered.
1. Custom Chair Covers
Custom chair covers are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned or refunded if they are manufactured correctly and match the order details provided at checkout.
By placing an order for a custom chair cover, you acknowledge that:
- you are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details;
- custom-made items are final sale;
- dissatisfaction based on fit, appearance, or preference will not qualify the item for return if the product was made correctly to the specifications submitted.
If a custom chair cover arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Standard Items
Non-custom items may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- a return is requested within 30 days of delivery;
- the return is approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued by FlipSitCovers;
- the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition;
- the item is returned in original packaging, if available;
- the item is free of dirt, debris, odors, pet hair, weather exposure, or any other signs of use.
Approved returns of standard items are subject to:
- a 15% restocking fee; and
- return shipping costs paid by the customer.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Items That Are Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- custom chair covers that were manufactured correctly;
- any item returned without a valid RMA;
- any item that has been used, installed, or exposed to outdoor conditions;
- any item that is dirty, damaged by the customer, altered, or not in resalable condition;
- any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [insert email address] with:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photos showing the problem.
If we determine the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, FlipSitCovers will cover return shipping if needed and will, at our discretion:
- replace the item; or
- issue a refund.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return for an eligible standard item, email us at [insert email address] within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA and provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method, less:
- the restocking fee; and
- any non-refundable shipping charges.
Please allow a reasonable processing period after the return is received and inspected.
7. Order Cancellations
Because orders are processed promptly, orders cannot be canceled once placed.
