All orders are subject to acceptance by FlipSitCovers, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, product availability, shipping limitations, incorrect information, or pricing or listing errors.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse orders arising from such errors.

5. Custom and Standard Products

FlipSitCovers sells both custom and standard products.

Custom chair covers are made based on the measurements or specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted measurements and order details are accurate.

Because custom chair covers are made specifically to order, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured due to our error.

Standard products may be eligible for return only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently sell only within the United States.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, supply issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided in your order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

For clarity:

  • custom chair covers cannot be returned if manufactured correctly to the order submitted;
  • standard items may be returned only with prior authorization and only if they meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy;
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable;
  • we do not offer exchanges.

8. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for your furniture and intended use. You are also responsible for confirming dimensions, compatibility, and suitability before ordering.

Outdoor conditions vary, and product performance may differ depending on weather, sun exposure, moisture, wind, usage, furniture shape, and maintenance.

We are not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate measurements, improper use, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, branding, and product names, is the property of FlipSitCovers, LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
