Shipping Policy

At FlipSitCovers, all products are made to order and ship from the United States. Please review the information below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- P.O. boxes
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after the order is placed.
Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, material availability, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use third-party shipping providers and shipping software to select available shipping services. Carrier selection may vary by order.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion or order threshold.
4. Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout or elsewhere on the site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order ships, actual delivery timing depends on the carrier and destination. FlipSitCovers is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, service interruptions, or other transit issues outside our control.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order details and destination at checkout unless a free shipping promotion or threshold applies.
Any free shipping offer, threshold, or promotion may be changed or discontinued at any time.
6. Combined Shipments
If an order contains multiple items, we may ship them together when possible. We reserve the right to ship items separately if needed.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If you need to request an address change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@flipsitcovers.com, and we will try to help if the order has not yet shipped.
FlipSitCovers is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
8. Delivered Packages / Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, FlipSitCovers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- check around the delivery location;
- verify the shipping address;
- ask household members or neighbors;
- contact the carrier directly.
We may, at our discretion, assist by providing tracking information or other reasonable support, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages reported stolen after delivery.
9. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, appears lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at hello@flipsitcovers.com.
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photos of the package and product, if applicable.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned as undeliverable, or cannot be delivered due to an address issue or customer inaction, any refund issued will be reduced by:
- the original shipping cost, if applicable;
- return shipping charges;
- carrier surcharges; and
- any other actual fees incurred by FlipSitCovers.
11. Delays Outside Our Control
FlipSitCovers is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, material shortages, or other force majeure events.
